What Lumen can write
Lumen does not buy labels or refund transactions by default. These can be admin-enabled per workspace if you want the agent to act.
Every call is logged with user, operation, shipment or tracking number, and date range. Exportable as CSV.

Create a Shippo API token
In Shippo → API → Tokens, generate a Live token (or Test token if you want a sandbox). Copy the value.

Paste the token into Lumen
In Settings → Integrations → Shippo, paste the token. It's stored encrypted at rest.

Try a warm-up question
Start with "Average label cost by carrier last 30 days" — the agent will pull transactions and break down by carrier.
