What Lumen can write

Lumen does not write to Pipedrive by default. Stage moves, activity creation, and field updates can be admin-enabled per company.

    Every call is logged with user, operation, resource ID, and date range. Exportable as CSV.

      Connect with Pipedrive OAuth

      In Settings → Integrations → Pipedrive, click Connect. Sign in and approve the read scopes Lumen requests.

    2. Confirm company

      Pick the company account

      If your login covers multiple Pipedrive companies, pick which one Lumen should query. The token is stored encrypted.

      Try a warm-up question

      Start with "Deals expected to close this quarter by stage" — the agent will run the search and surface the activity gaps.
