What Lumen can write

Lumen does not write to Omnisend by default. Contact updates and segment edits can be admin-enabled per workspace.

    Every call is logged with user, operation, resource ID, and date range. Exportable as CSV.

      Create an Omnisend API key

      In Omnisend → Store settings → API keys, generate a new key with read scope. Copy the value — you'll only see it once.

      Paste the key into Lumen

      In Settings → Integrations → Omnisend, paste the key. It's stored encrypted at rest.

      Try a warm-up question

      Start with "Top 5 automations by attributed revenue this month" — the agent will pull the workflows and rank them by revenue.
