What Lumen can write

Lumen does not write to Delighted. Survey sending and PII edits are out of scope.

    Every call is logged with user, operation, survey or response ID, and date range. Exportable as CSV.

      In Delighted → Account settings → API, copy the API key. Lumen stores it encrypted.

      Paste the key into Lumen

      In Settings → Integrations → Delighted, paste the key. Stored encrypted at rest.

      Try a warm-up question

      Start with "NPS trend over the last 90 days, with detractor comment themes" — the agent will pull responses and cluster the comments.
