Scope
What Lumen sees. What it can change.
Read is on by default. Every write is a separate toggle, capped per user, and logged.
What Lumen reads
Lumen calls Delighted's REST API using the API key you paste at install. Read scope only — Lumen never sends surveys or modifies feedback.
- Responses

- Metrics
Aggregate NPS / CSAT / CES, trend over time, by segment
- People
List of survey recipients, last-surveyed date, last-score
- Surveys
Survey definitions, schedule, status
- Tags
Tag definitions, usage counts on responses
What Lumen can write
Lumen does not write to Delighted. Survey sending and PII edits are out of scope.
Every call is logged with user, operation, survey or response ID, and date range. Exportable as CSV.
