What Lumen can write

Lumen does not write to ActiveCampaign by default. Contact tagging and list adds can be admin-enabled per workspace.

    Every call is logged with user, operation, resource ID, and date range. Exportable as CSV.

      Copy your API key and base URL

      In ActiveCampaign → Settings → Developer, copy the API URL (looks like https://yourorg.api-us1.com) and API key.

      Paste them into Lumen

      In Settings → Integrations → ActiveCampaign, paste both values. They're stored encrypted at rest.

      Try a warm-up question

      Start with "Conversion rate of the welcome automation in the last 90 days" — the agent will pull the automation, count entries vs. completions, and show you the ratio.
